How long is the shipping time?
Due to very high demand and order volume, deliveries may take up to 10 - 14 days to be delivered. However, most orders are delivered within 7 - 10 days.
All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 1 - 3 business days. During high season, please allow up to 6 working days for delivery.

What if I don't like the product?
We believe in 100% customer satisfaction , which is why we offer all customers a 30-day money-back guarantee !
If you are not satisfied with your Barbuddy, you can return the product within 30 days of the order date for a full refund.
The product must be returned in the same condition as when you received the product!

How often do I need to charge?

When fully charged, the BarBuddy can draw approximately 66 750ml bottles , providing a reliable and efficient serving experience.
USB charging with built-in 1200mAh battery :
The device can be easily charged via USB and has a built-in 1200mAh battery for long-term use.
Does it fit my bottles?
We include two adapters that ensure a simple and smooth installation regardless of the bottle . In addition, our product is equipped with an adjustable steel tube that can be adjusted from 140mm to 360mm to ensure that your BarBuddy reaches the bottom of all your bottles , regardless of their size or shape.
